Rodhi Standard Packing Guidelines

At Rodhi Sources, we don’t just move boxes; we move your business. To ensure your goods survive the thousands of miles between a Chinese factory and our Kathmandu warehouse, we have established the Rodhi Standard Packing Guideline.
Sellers of China often use thin, cheap boxes because they assume the shipment is only traveling locally within China. You must clarify that our warehouse is just a transit point and the final destination is Kathmandu, Nepal.

responsibilities.

How does it work?

Step 1: Automated Guidelines

Once your order is created, you will receive the Rodhi Standard Packing Guideline via SMS or from your dedicated Client Relationship Manager (CRM).

Step 2: Seller Instruction

You or your CRM will forward these specific guidelines to your seller in China. This ensures
the seller understands that the goods are for Export to Nepal and requires reinforced
packaging.

Step 3: The Proof of Protection (Mandatory)

Before sealing the box, the seller must send you internal and external photos of the
package. You must forward these photos to your CRM immediately. These photos serve as
your “Insurance Certificate” for the shipment.

Step 4: Arrival Verification (Kathmandu Warehouse)

Upon arrival at our Kathmandu warehouse, our team performs a final audit of the product
quantity and quality. We cross-verify the physical condition of the package against the
pre-sealing photos provided by your seller.

Step 5: Compliance Check & Notification

●  If Guidelines were NOT followed: If the seller failed to follow the Rodhi Standard, we will send you photos of the arrival condition. While we will securely repack the items for final delivery, please note that these goods will not be eligible for refunds in case of damage or loss.

If Guidelines WERE followed: If damage is found despite proper packing, our team will document the evidence and notify you immediately to begin the claim process.

Step 6: Claim Submission

If your goods arrive damaged and all packing protocols were followed, simply provide the damage details along with the original purchase price to your CRM.

Step 7: Fast-Track Refund

Verified claims are settled quickly. Once the damage is confirmed as a transit issue (and not
a seller error), your 100% refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 working days.
