1. Supplier Coordination & Secure Payments

Language barriers and international payment can be stressful. We help you communicate directly with your Chinese suppliers to ensure everyone is on the same page. When it is time to buy, we securely process your payments to the supplier via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Letter of Credit (LC), keeping your money safe.

2. Dedicated China Warehousing

Once your payment is complete, your supplier needs a place to send the goods. We provide your supplier with the exact address of our secure warehousing hubs in China. They ship your products directly to us, and we receive and consolidate your cargo safely.

3. Zero-Paperwork Documentation

Many businesses in Nepal want to import but do not have their own EXIM (Export-Import) code. If that is you, do not worry. We will import your goods legally under our own EXIM code. We manage all the complex documentation and legal paperwork on your behalf—you won’t have to fill out a single form.

4. Seamless Customs Clearance

Border customs (Bhansaar) can be the most complicated part of importing. As your dedicated customs agent, we handle it all. We calculate and pay the required customs duties, submit the exact paperwork, and clear your products through the customs officers quickly and legally.

5. Transport (Air, Land, or Sea)

Depending on your cargo size and urgency, we offer three realistic transport options. By Air: 7 to 15 days. By Road: 30 to 45 days. By Sea: 60+ days. We believe in complete transparency, which means we never overpromise on delivery times.

6. Doorstep Final Delivery

Once your shipment is successfully cleared and arrives at our Kathmandu facility, our job still isn't done. We will coordinate the final mile and arrange delivery directly to your store, warehouse, or home location.
