Welcome to Rodhi Swift, the official mobile application of Rodhi Sources (Rodhi Import Export). By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Service
Rodhi Swift is a logistics management platform designed to provide users with tools to track shipments, manage documentation, and view billing information for goods transported from China to Nepal. Rodhi Sources acts as a logistics service provider and is not a seller or manufacturer of any goods managed through the app.
2. User Accounts and Security
Account Creation: To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify Rodhi Sources if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security regarding your account.
3. Acceptable Use
By using Rodhi Swift, you agree not to:
- Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app’s technical infrastructure.
- Provide fraudulent shipping data or misrepresent your identity.
- Use the app to facilitate the transport of prohibited or hazardous materials as defined by international and local laws.
4. Payments and Billing
Invoicing: All financial transactions and invoices generated within the app are based on the weight, volume, and service type of your shipments.
Payment Completion: Access to goods at the final destination is contingent upon the settlement of all outstanding balances as displayed in the app.
Fees: Rodhi Sources reserves the right to adjust service fees. Any such changes will be reflected in your future invoices.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodhi Sources shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
- Delays or service interruptions caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., internet outages, server maintenance, or force majeure events).
6. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Rodhi Swift at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
7. Modifications to Terms
Rodhi Sources may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms within the app. Your continued use of the app following these changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu.
